The Client as Lobbyist

We believe that, properly informed and prepared, clients are their own best lobbyists.  While we have excellent relations with Members of Congress and their staffs, their motivation to become actively engaged in issues grows exponentially when a constituent interest is involved.

As a result, we build strategies around Members who represent states and districts where a client has an economic presence.  We bring clients to Washington at strategic times in the development of legislation and regulatory rulemaking to meet or testify on their priorities.  In preparation for these contacts, we ensure that clients are fully briefed on the political as well as the policy environment for their issues.
